Some of the new external measures of the General Administration of Customs

The General Administration of Customs takes urgent preventive measures against 6 Russian fishing vessels, 2 cold storages and 1 cold storage in South Korea

1 batch of frozen pollock, 1 batch of frozen cod caught by Russian fishing boat and stored in South Korea ,3 batches of frozen cod directly imported from Russia were found to be positive for Covid-19 in 6 outer packaging samples According to the General Administration’s Announcement No. 103 of 2020, the national customs will suspend the acceptance of the five Russian fishing vessels (registration numbers CH-16Q, СН-403, СН-75P, CH-86N, CH-63B) involved in the above goods from now on. ), 2 cold storages (registration numbers are СН-48P, CH-93N) and a South Korean company (registration number KP-029) for product import declarations for 1 week to June 2, 2022; 1 Russian company suspended (Registration number is CH-35H) Product import declaration for 4 weeks, until June 23, 2022. 

General Administration of Customs takes urgent preventive measures against 9 Vietnamese enterprises

The Covid-19 was detected in 7 outer packaging samples of 7 batches of frozen pangasius imported from Vietnam, 4 outer packaging samples of 2 batches of frozen peeled fish, and 3 outer packaging samples of 2 batches of frozen vannamei shrimp.

According to the Announcement No. 103 of 2020 of the General Administration of Customs, the national customs will suspend the acceptance of product import declarations from 5 Vietnamese aquatic product manufacturers (registration numbers DL 709, DL 457, DL 371, DL 775, DL 676) from now on. 1 week until June 2, 2022; suspension of accepting product import declarations from 4 Vietnamese aquatic product manufacturers (registration numbers DL 791, DL 68, DL 367, DL 07) for 4 weeks until June 23, 2022.

General Administration of Customs takes emergency preventive measures against a Myanmar enterprise

Due to the detection of positive Covid-19 in 2 outer packaging samples of 1 batch of freeze-dried shrimp imported from Myanmar, in accordance with the regulations of the General Administration of Customs Announcement No. 103 of 2020, the national customs will suspend the acceptance of Myanmar aquatic product manufacturers from now on. The product import declaration of Myat Annawar Aung Co., Ltd (registered in China with the number CMMR18PP1810010048) is one week until June 2, 2022.

The General Administration of Customs takes urgent preventive measures against 3 Peruvian companies

Due to 10 outer packaging samples and 1 container inner wall sample imported from 4 batches of frozen vannamei shrimp imported from Peru, 2 outer packaging samples of 1 batch of frozen squid were found to be positive for Covid-19, according to the General Administration of Customs Announcement 2020 No. 103 of the year, the national customs will suspend the acceptance of Peruvian aquatic products production enterprises CONGELADOS Y FRESCOS S.A.C. (registration number P055-COR-CNFE) and PERUVIAN SEA FOOD S.A. (registration number P166-PAI-PRSA) from now on. Product import declaration for 1 week, until June 2, 2022; suspension of accepting the product import declaration of Peruvian aquatic product manufacturer CORPORACION REFRIGERADOS INY S.A.C. (registration number P015–CRU-CRRF) for 4 weeks, until June 23, 2022.
