Strengthen the supervision of the whole chain and the whole field before and after the event
● For the administrative licensing items set by laws, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council, the relevant department s of the State Council shall formulate and publish national unified, concise, scientific and reasonable regulatory rules and standards on a case-by-case or sub-field basis;
● Administrative licensing items set by local regulations and provincial government rules shall be formulated and promulgated by the relevant departments of the provincial and municipal people’s governments with districts.
