On February 4th, China and Russia signed the Arrangement between the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Customs Administration of the Russian Federation on Mutual Recognition of Certified Operators.

As an important member of the Eurasian Economic Union, the mutual recognition of AEO between China and Russia will further exert the radiation and driving effect, and help improve the level of economic and trade cooperation between China and the Eurasian Economic Union.

China-United Arab Emirates

Since February 14th, 2022, China and Arab countries have mutually recognized the "certified operators" of the customs of the other side, providing customs clearance convenience for goods imported from AEO enterprises of the other side.

Give each other AEO enterprises the following measures to facilitate customs clearance: apply a lower rate of document review; Apply lower inspection rate of imported goods ; Give  priority inspection to goods that need physical inspection; Designate customs liaison officers  who are responsible for communicating and handling the problems encountered by AEO  enterprises in customs clearance; Give priority to customs clearance  after the interruption and resumption of international trade.
