Yes — all imported apparel must have compliant Chinese labeling.

If garments arrive without Chinese labels or with non-compliant labels, corrective labeling must be completed during the customs clearance process before the goods can be released.

 Typically, Chinese labeling for imported apparel includes:

• Durable label and hangtag certificate

• Product name

• Manufacturer name & address

• Fiber composition

• Product standard code

• Care instructions / washing method
