Announcement  on  Quarantine  Requirements  for   Imported  American  Barley   Plants.     U.S.  Barley (Hordeum Vulgare L., English name Barley) that meets relevant requirements will be allowed to import from May 13, 2020.   It is important to note that barley imported into China is barley seeds  produced in the United States and exported to China only for processing and not for planting purposes.
