In accordance with the “Compulsory Product Certification Implementation Rules for Information Technology Equipment” and the national standard GB31241 and other applicable standards to carry out certification work; starting from August 1, 2024, those who have not obtained the CCC certification certificate and the certification mark may not leave the factory, sell, import or use it in other business activities.

3. Delete Category 13 safety protection products (2 categories), and the compulsory product certification catalog changes from 17 categories to 16 categories.
This revision deletes two products in the 13th category of security products, intrusion detectors (1901) and anti-theft alarm controllers (1902). At this point, the compulsory product certification catalog and definition table are changed from the original 17 categories 103 products into 96 products in 16 categories.

4. Added items that remanufactured products are not within the scope of CCC certification.
Enterprises that repair/remanufactured products can effectively control the safety, sanitation, environmental protection and performance of repaired/remanufactured products.
